Collective Impact – Final Event

Over the past 18 months, leaders in sustainable agriculture and natural resource management have been working together on a  Collective Impact Project, under the broader Lotterywest funded Restoration Impact Framework RIF to develop a collaborative strategy to restore natural capital in south-west Western Australia.

On Wednesday, 12 February 2025, participants from more than 30 different government departments, organisations and businesses attended the fifth and final project event. It was an opportunity to discuss the project’s key lessons and outcomes, explain the next steps, and to celebrate and strengthen community ties for those working to improve on-farm natural capital.

Highlights included the Welcome to Country by Noongar leader Oral McGuire; a keynote speech by Carolyn Hall, CEO and Managing Director of the Mulloon Institute; and the project team sharing the key insights and results of the workshop series and community engagement activities. The event concluded with a sundowner, and the chance to network and catch up with friends and industry peers.

Thank you to everyone who participated and generously shared their invaluable knowledge and experiences throughout this process – we look forward to continuing this work alongside you.
