The draft Vision and Purpose were further refined following polling after workshop #3. Steph Shorter from Impact Seed challenged the participants to consider the feedback and develop a finalised statement. It was agreed that our Vision and Purpose would be:
Vision: A healthy, resilient landscape enabling productive land use and stewardship.
Purpose: As custodians, we collectively drive awareness and action that builds natural capital that is valued by all.
Finalising the Principles of Practice for the RIF’s Charter was seen as a key milestone for the RIF project. Feedback following workshop #3 was canvassed and after robust discussion a final version agreed to. The Charter will be available everyone who has been involved with the project for their organisation’s acceptance and/or acknowledgement.
