MEDIA RELEASE: RegenWA Achieves Accreditation as Accounting for Nature® General Experts

RegenWA, supported by Perth NRM, is pleased to announce a significant milestone in the environmental management space: RegenWA team members are now officially accredited General Experts under the Accounting for Nature® Framework.

This achievement positions the organisation to assist landholders across Western Australia in measuring, tracking, and reporting on the condition of their natural assets through the Accounting for Nature® Framework.

RegenWA’s accreditation enables the team to conduct natural capital assessments for landholders wishing to create Environmental Accounts, which quantify the condition of native vegetation and biodiversity on their land.

These accounts are essential for providing evidence of sustainable land management practices and offer landholders new opportunities for practising good environmental stewardship.

By becoming Accredited General Experts, RegenWA can offer account registration and data collection for landholders seeking to improve their land’s natural capital and track its progress.
