Fruit Tree Grafting Workshop

You are invited to a hands-on grafting workshop with Neil Barraclough from the Heritage and Rare Fruit Tree Network!

Neil, from Victoria, has over 35 years grafting experience and is visiting WA for the first time and will supply rootstocks and scions that are new to WA.

Neil will cover:

• Orchard management and maximising yields
• Rootstock characteristics and selection Multi-grafting
• Citrus and avocado grafting
• Grafting apples-participants get to graft and keep their own apple tree

Supplied:

• Apple rootstocks and scions provided for each participant
• Participants encouraged to bring their own scions
• Grafting tape and knives
• Safety gloves
• Includes Lunch

Time: 10am-3pm

Venue: Oranje Tractor Wine

Ticket cost: $50 for TCG members and $70 for non-members which includes lunch.
