Terry McCosker: Change management through training

At the inaugural Regenerative Agriculture Conference 2019, presented by RegenWA and Perth NRM, Terry McCosker, co-founder of leading farming extension provider RCS, has taught thousands of farmers over generations to take a holistic view of agriculture systems and building resilience into their practice. In this presentation, McCosker focuses on the challenges to change, and how to better facilitate learning and traverse the ‘valley of death’; the gap between implementing change and seeing the positive results. The RegenWA conference is managed by Perth NRM with funding through the Western Australian Government’s State NRM Program and supported by NRMWA and Commonland.
