Subsidised Online RCS Business Fundamentals Workshop

This workshop is designed to help landholders develop essential business skills to better manage their farm operations. Over a series of engaging online sessions, participants will explore topics such as financial management, planning, and strategic decision-making. The course helps build a clear understanding of key business concepts, setting up participants to make more informed decisions that drive profitability and sustainability on their land. This initiative is part of Perth NRM and RegenWA’s project, Accelerating Regenerative Agriculture Adoption, which aims to increase the uptake of evidence-based regenerative agriculture practices across Western Australia.

The project, funded by the Western Australian Government’s State NRM Program, will empower Western Australian farmers with knowledge, skills, networks and access to local demonstrations to apply regenerative practices based on their context.
